It is now possible to place requests for tickets online.
This page details information on our online requests policy.
It includes:

What happens next when paying by...
Card - our box office
will contact you by telephone
Cash or Card - prior to the performance, in person at the box office
Cheque - sent in
the post (include full name and address)
Your request is only a request (it is not a firm
booking) - no payment can be taken online as this is NOT secure.
All requests must be made before 1pm on the day before the performance.
(e.g. for Friday's performance we must receive your e-booking request by
Thursday morning - This is to give us time to process your request)
Before your request is converted into a booking the box office must receive payment.
Options include:-
Card - our box office
will contact you by telephone
Cash or Card - on the night of the performance
Cash or Card - prior to the performance, in person at the box office
Cheque - sent in the post (include
full name and address)
Following your request online you will receive an
automatic email which will confirm that your request has been sent to
our box office. It will also confirm your details and your request
details.
If any of these details are incorrect please contact our box office
immediately via email stating your name, full address and telephone number
along with the correct details.
If you have chosen to pay by Card:-
Our box office will then ring you for your credit/debit card details. This will confirm the
request and your tickets will be posted.
If there is not time to post your tickets
you may collect them from the Theatre Manager's desk. If you
have chosen to pay by Cash or Card:-
Our box office will then confirm your request by email or
telephone. You should then come and pay for your tickets in person at the box
office during our opening hours. Please note: Requests will only be
kept for one week from the date of your confirmation email.
If you have chosen to pay by Cheque:-
Our box office will then confirm your
request by email or telephone.
You should send a cheque to the correct value, made payable to: 'P.T.A.G.' to
People's Theatre Box
Office,
Stephenson Rd,
Newcastle upon Tyne,
NE6 5QF. Please enclose a SAE. Payment by cheque is not advised for
performances that are less than one week away due to the time it takes to
receive payment.
The cheque should be attached to your Auto-Confirm email.
Once our box office has
received your cheque they will post your tickets to you. If there is not time to post your tickets
you may collect them from the Theatre Manager's desk. Please note: Requests will only be
kept for one week from the date of your confirmation email. If payment has
not been received within a week the request will be cancelled.
